Class registration is required in advanced. Space is limited, and your spot is reserved once registration and payment are complete.
Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. This allows us to prepare matierials, supplies, and classroom space for each student.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the class date to receive a refund or class credit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before class may not be refundable.
Students who do not attend class and do not notify us in advance will not receive a refund or class credit.
A supply list will be sent with your confirmed registration. Some classes include supplies, while others require students to bring specific materials or tools. Please review your supply list before class so you arrive prepared.
Students may bring their own sewing machine or use a studio machine when available. If you bring your own machine, please make sure it is in good working order and bring your power cord, foot pedal, bobbins, needles, and manual if available.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class begins. This gives you time to settle in, set up your supplies, and be ready when instruction starts.
If you arrive late, instruction may already be in progress. We will do our best to help you catch up while keeping the class moving for everyone.
Children must be registered for the correct age group listed in the class or camp description. Parents or guardians should provide current contact information and be available during class time if needed.
Covered drinks are welcome in the studio. Please keep food and drinks away from sewing machines, fabric, tools, and shared classroom supplies
The Stitcher’s Hive is a kind, creative, and beginner-friendly space. Students are expected to be respectful of the instructor, other students, studio equipment, and shared materials.
